Solar installation on Santa Monica's premier property
With over 66 million square feet in its portfolio, Macerich (MAC) is one of the largest mall-owners in the United States. This solar installation consisted of over 100kW distributed on three rooftops less than a block from the Santa Monica beach in Los Angeles, so corrosion and earthquakes were challenges met in the design of this solar asset. Installation at one of the busiest shopping destinations in the country was also a challenge met with rapid execution and sensitive planning.
